    P A T T I   D O O L I T T L E

As soon as Patti could hold a pencil, the artist started expressing her talents.

She has received many art credits from various colleges in Southern California as well as in the city of Bakersfield, California.  Her striking paintings have received great acclaim for their contrast and intensive use of color.

Born in Oklahoma City,  her Indian heritage and having a Father and uncles who were cowboys contributed to her becoming an avid romantic of the Old West.  Specializing in portraitures, Patti finds great comfort in painting.  Whatever the feeling is at the time, Patti will develop the painting until it has a life of it's own.

She finds great joy in taking photos and attending various events,  such as Powwows and early western re-enactments, for her artwork.  At the annual End Of Trail put on by S.A.S.S., she has painted several cowboys and ladies in the 1860 attire - including members of  the Mojave Muleskinners, an Old West Re-enactment group, of which she belongs to. She has a variety of work, mostly portraitures, westerns, and her old cars.
